Arts in the Church
This interactive seminar looks at the role of art in the church throughout history, in our culture currently, and how artists and churches can maximize the impact of different art forms in connecting people with Christ.

The Artist Workshop
This intensive workshop takes artists through a series of skill sets for a more complete understanding of themselves, their craft, their spirituality and their communication style. Artists learn how to incorporate all aspects of their life into their art form to be better communicators of their message.

The Leader’s Workshop
Leaders face new challenges everyday. Whether it is in the marketplace or in the church, this workshop gives leaders the tools needed to organize and prioritize their responsibilities, develop their character, set a life-giving sustainable pace, recognize and train up emerging leaders and how to engage those they lead to a higher standard of excellence.

Marriage Enhancement Seminar
Marriages are dynamic and growing relationships that require attention and care to experience all that they can be. This half-day interactive seminar will gives couples tools to help them add new excitement and depth in their relationship.
The seminar is lead by Jeff and Sheri Orr who bring pastoral and professional therapy experience to share the things they have learned along the way in helping couples have great marriages.
Couples learn new ways of communicating with each other, how to resolve conflicts in a positive manner and how to express their love for each other in ways that each individual understands.

Advanced Personal Coaching
The Advanced Personal Coaching Session is led and facilitated by Jeff Orr, a former Music Pastor and Interim Senior Pastor at Walnut Hill Community Church in Pittsford, NY. Jeff has been in ministry as a volunteer and on staff for over 25 years and has done intensive study and research into his own work as well as the work of others to learn how to be effective in ministry, maintain a growing relationship with Christ, and still remain healthy mentally, emotionally and physically. Jeff is the Founding Executive Director for Innové Ministries, a non-profit organization purposed to helping Pastors, Artists, Leaders and Churches maximize their ministry impact.
